Who we are

Mr. Moneco is a money assistant that works through Telegram and a browser dashboard. The person responsible for your data is Ana Laura Souza, an individual based in Brazil.

In five lines

• We keep only what you send the bot and the minimum needed for your account to work.
• We never ask for bank passwords, card numbers or your phone number.
• We don’t sell your data and we don’t show ads.
• Each person sees only their own records.
• You can download or delete everything whenever you want.

What data we use

• Telegram identity: the number that identifies your Telegram account and, if shown on your profile, your display name. The bot does not receive your phone number.
• Your records: amounts, dates, descriptions, categories, monthly bills and currencies you add.
• Preferences: language, main currency, theme and notifications you choose.
• Minimal technical data: server error logs, without the content of your finances, used to keep the service running.

Don’t send passwords, card numbers or documents to the bot. It doesn’t need them and never asks.

What we use it for

• Logging and organizing your transactions and showing balances, categories and charts.
• Sending the reminders you turn on, such as upcoming bills.
• Replying in the language and currency you chose.
• Keeping the service secure and fixing errors.

The legal basis is providing the service you asked for when you started using Mr. Moneco (Brazil’s LGPD, art. 7, V) and, for reminders, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in settings.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your data. It only goes through the services Mr. Moneco needs to work:

• Telegram, where messages arrive. Telegram has its own privacy policy.
• Railway, which hosts the server and database. Servers may be outside Brazil; in that case the transfer follows LGPD art. 33.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your records within 30 days, including backups.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can, at any time: confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, take it to another service (export as a spreadsheet), ask for deletion and withdraw consent.

Right now you do this in the bot on Telegram, with /meusdados (download everything) and /apagarconta (delete everything). A contact email will be published here soon.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted server access and per-account separation: the system only shows each person their own records. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects your data, we’ll tell you through the bot and notify the authorities as the law requires.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no tracking tools. It only stores, in your own browser, the theme (light or dark) and language you chose.

Minors

Mr. Moneco is meant for people 18 and older.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything important, we’ll tell you through the bot before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
